“As usual, great coffee from a great team. However on a journey to provide the absolute best service and become possibly the best roaster in the country it would be great if you could supply a dedicated espresso recipe for each bean.. I don't mean the usual 1:2 ratio at 25-30 seconds but a proper recipe that you use in the cafe to enable us home fans to recreate the taste you serve. Dose in, yield out, total time and machine temp please.
