“I ordered a Picopresso through Rave, which when it arrived was faulty. They arranged a replacement that was with me a few days later (no hassle at all and very speedy!). Someone had accidently included the wrong coffee, and they instantly replaced this as well. The coffee was roasted just a few days before - excellent customer service from Jess and her colleague, and excellent coffee too! Thank you folks!”

Thank you for your feedback! The only labelled organic coffee that we currently have available is our Seasonal Organic however some producers in African countries are passive organic, meaning that they are already practicing organic standards because they simply cannot afford expensive chemicals. Yet, they additionally cannot afford an expensive certification or audit fee. So sometimes the fact that the label is non-existent does not mean a coffee is non-organic. “Great coffee with good selection of beans to cater for any preference. Also, great customer service! I've been ordering from Rave for over a year and recently had a small mishap where a smaller pack was sent instead of the ordered 1kg. They customer service was excellent and swiftly handled the issue sending a new 1kg pack.
Highly recommend! Also, would advise to keep an eye on the "rare" beans they release from time to time - great way to explore various beans and find flavours you may not even know you'd like.”
