“I have spent a small fortune at Rave Coffee and I am a big fan. I love their coffees and also their branding.
They lose a star though because their delivery promises are not always truthful. If you order over the weekend you will be very lucky to get your delivery on Tuesday. On several occasions I have placed an order paying for next day delivery and was let down. On one of these occasions they gave me a 20% discount code as an apology but the code did not work. lol.
So yes, happy with the product but the service is not always the best.”

“Excellent and prompt service from RAVE. i ordered the 3 packs of espresso to try out, but would suggest that these could be made available in smaller trial size packs. That way i would be able to open all three to try alongside without having to worry about keeping them sealed and fresh for too long. If i like one of the blends more, i could subscribe to a bigger bag quicker.

“I have been ordering rave coffee for over a year . Initially very impressed , quality of the coffee was superb . Recently I have received a number of orders that have been poor , unable to extract the coffee at all. Tried various porta filters, no joy . Itās frustrating having to throw bag after bag in the bin . My latest order was replaced but even the replacement was the same problem .
Ended up buying illy coffee from Asda .”
