“Really decent coffee. But more than that, the service. My initial order got lost for a week or so due to the courier. Contacted the company who sent a replacement out that day. Both packages then turned up. I advised them of this and offered to pay for the 2nd one, but they said to keep it. What more could you possibly want in terms of service? I will certainly be a returning customer.”
