Unfortunately I have not yet received my sofa set that was ordered over two weeks ago and had a delivery time of 2-7 days, customer services have not been overly helpful on the matter.

Ordered 4 days ago and heard nothing about delivery! Website stated 2- 5 day’s delivery! Very dissatisfied.

Liked the website because it was offering a free parasol and base with an order for Oren Athens table and 4 chairs. Did try phoning to place order but ansafone said very busy etc etc so ordered on line 3 days ago, but couldn't see any reference to the parasol and base but assumed this was because it was free. Chased up delivery timetable today by email and checked to see that parasol etc was included only to be told it wasn't as it wasn't in the order! Not happy so have asked for order to be cancelled. Everything else suggested this was a perfectly good company to deal with, so am very disappointed with this outcome.

A response to my emails, and for someone to answer the phone, when I’m trying to phone regarding a delivery would be nice. Not impressed.

Order item Saturday had no confirmation of it from them selfs Tried ringing today no one picked up absolutely joke re customer services especially when places order and wanting information on deliveries

Extremely disappointed with the whole buying experience. Having placed my order and opted for interest-free finance, after two days I am then told I can only take delivery at my billing address. No flexibility and no option to arrange something directly, at my own cost, with the courier. I had to cancel my original order and reorder to my address of choice without the interest-free finance option. After a further 2 days, I enquire about the delivery date only to be told my goods are out of stock and no wait-list option is possible. A dreadful way to serve customers.

Oren Deluxe - 4 Seater Rattan Cube Set Cover - 125cm said it was waterproof but after rainfall my table and chairs were wet. Been about 3 weeks since I reported it. Set photo of how I was using the product but been over 2 weeks and still no response. Still awaiting a full refund.

Poor service received. I contacted the team to state we would be away so do not attempt to deliver my item, they still sent the item on the date i said we was away and then i was told i would have to pay £60 for redelivery even though i had emailed on numerous occasions to say no one would be home. No communication about when my item will be delivered and i am constantly having to email them.

Absolutely shocking after sales service. No way to speak with anyone re faulty products. Only communication is via their website online (no email address available). No effort made to resolve any issues. Will not be recommending this website to anyone! Left with a sofa we not happy with. Awaiting help from Barclay card

Ordered my rattan dining set on the 30th July, the website stated it was in stock, and delivery would be up to 10 days maximum. 8th September and still no dining set. The website now says it is out of stock and to 'contact them for more information'. I contact them and get a reply saying they are looking into it. After 15 emails back and forth i have no answers, and now i have requested for a refund 12 days ago which it said would take up to 7 days and still no refund. You cannot take the money for items which you don't intend to deliver. Absolute shocking customer service!

Had this furniture for a year, the rattan weave has sagged in so many places, and has melted on the table. This is similar to other reviews on this company. Asked for assistance on a repair and was told that it is out of warranty. Not had a response yet further than this. The set cost nearly £1,000, and just to get a simple 'we can't do anything its out of warranty' is disappointing. I would avoid and go for a more reputable company.
