Extremely disappointed with the whole buying experience. Having placed my order and opted for interest-free finance, after two days I am then told I can only take delivery at my billing address. No flexibility and no option to arrange something directly, at my own cost, with the courier. I had to cancel my original order and reorder to my address of choice without the interest-free finance option. After a further 2 days, I enquire about the delivery date only to be told my goods are out of stock and no wait-list option is possible. A dreadful way to serve customers.

Oren Deluxe - 4 Seater Rattan Cube Set Cover - 125cm said it was waterproof but after rainfall my table and chairs were wet. Been about 3 weeks since I reported it. Set photo of how I was using the product but been over 2 weeks and still no response. Still awaiting a full refund.

Poor service received. I contacted the team to state we would be away so do not attempt to deliver my item, they still sent the item on the date i said we was away and then i was told i would have to pay £60 for redelivery even though i had emailed on numerous occasions to say no one would be home. No communication about when my item will be delivered and i am constantly having to email them.

Absolutely shocking after sales service. No way to speak with anyone re faulty products. Only communication is via their website online (no email address available). No effort made to resolve any issues. Will not be recommending this website to anyone! Left with a sofa we not happy with. Awaiting help from Barclay card

Ordered my rattan dining set on the 30th July, the website stated it was in stock, and delivery would be up to 10 days maximum. 8th September and still no dining set. The website now says it is out of stock and to 'contact them for more information'. I contact them and get a reply saying they are looking into it. After 15 emails back and forth i have no answers, and now i have requested for a refund 12 days ago which it said would take up to 7 days and still no refund. You cannot take the money for items which you don't intend to deliver. Absolute shocking customer service!

Had this furniture for a year, the rattan weave has sagged in so many places, and has melted on the table. This is similar to other reviews on this company. Asked for assistance on a repair and was told that it is out of warranty. Not had a response yet further than this. The set cost nearly £1,000, and just to get a simple 'we can't do anything its out of warranty' is disappointing. I would avoid and go for a more reputable company.

Placed order took £864 kept money for one month then told out of stock till November offered refund which I agreed. Still waiting seven days later. Can not get through on telephone as it cuts off. Only correspondence through email which takes ages for response. Asked them to call me they don’t. Then reply to say can not find order. Getting very worried as it’s a lot of money. Would never use this company again. Ordered new garden furniture last weds 17/6 coming today 24/6 that’s what I call service. If no response by 26/6 going through credit card to get money back

Rattan garden furniture was covered with the cover I purchased from them for the winter period and when uncovered it had started to rust. Having a 5 year warranty on the frame I thought everything would be ok but oh no.. sent pictures of the rust and now I'm having no joy at all. Won't reply to emails and just fobbed off on the phone. I paid just short of a thousand pounds for my furniture and to be treated like this when it's not up to standard is unsatisfactory.. buy by all means but if you have any problems be aware they WILL NOT sort them out..!!

Rattan material on the table started to sag within a few days... I sent it pictures to their customer service team, which were first dismissed with an ‘it should resolve itself’ response. It hasn’t, so I sent in further photos. I’m now in a loop of continuously being asked for more photos to send to their supplier to ‘prove’ the issue, despite the pictures doing so. I’m being completely fobbed off and rattangardenfurtiture.co.uk will not accept they have supplied a poor quality product and appear to be hoping I will go away. I paid £900 for what I hoped would be a good quality set of table and chairs. In fact They sell expensive poor quality items and aren’t offering to exchange it. Luckily I have paid via credit card so I think I should be able to recover my losses, but am shocked at the way I’ve been treated by this company.

I ordered outdoor furniture that was in stock. On your FAQ's you say for in stock items you deliver between 7 to 14 days. Today delivery was agreed at which would take delivery well after the agreed delivery schedules. When I asked if this could be looked at, or why they agree to deliver within 7 to 14 days they just hung up the phone. Poor communication from this company and poorly trained rude staff. I had asked to speak to a manager on three occasions and this was declined. Avoid this company.
