“I’ve paid for my item. Had a text to say when it would be delivered which it hasn’t. I’ve no card through the letter box to say what has happened. Tried ringing several times, no answer, emailed but no reply yet. Still not sure where my item is ?”

“Website was a little difficult to access due to the amount ot results coming up for 'rattan' Once the site is reached the product ranges are clearly laid out. After the item was selected the purchasing process was simple.”

“after My order was placed and confirmed I had little feed back as to when my delivery would be (2 to 7 days) and had to contact via text and phone to get an answer, on day 7 my order was delivered.Assembly was easy on some parts but on the 2 small stalls I had a bit of difficulty assembling the feet as the plates to fit them on were not threaded so had to drill them out and purchased nuts and bolts to fit them . So overall the furniture is well made and sturdy and looks good”

“Ordered a metal garden bench on Sunday evening and it was delivered early Tuesday morning. Couldnt expect better service. The bench was easy to assemble and looks really nice on our patio”
