“From the start of our order, we have had a wonderful experience with Rattan's customer service, first of all the actual ordering was straight forward, we were kept in touch by the delivery people step by step and to top it off, the product was a beautiful looking parasol umbrella. Thank you to all at Rattan it was a triumph.”

“As with most sites it was fairly easy to complete my order. The proof of the pudding will be how quickly the stuff is delivered and how good the quality is. A definite plus for this site is that it only seems to show you items that they actually have, not that are then ordered from a third party.”

“East to order, very fast delivery. I wasn’t expecting to have to assemble everything apart from two stools but it is easy enough to put together. Really happy with how great it looks and how comfortable it is. Came with the parasol which has been fab. Only criticisms are the table top was recieved with marks. Had to swap it twice but still wasn’t perfect to be honest. Customer service very very helpful though in dealing with the issue. The other thing is the feet are poor quality and I will attach photos to demonstrate. Overall happy with the product and service recieved.”

“Wanted this furniture for a while and was worth every penny. I have a 2 in 1 - a lounger and a diner. I have a small garden so can only have one type of furniture. This does all, so happy and really comfy. I will be outside everyday this summer!”
