“Easy to use website and very clear description given. Furniture was delivered well before original given date and delivered well and we’ll packaged with simple instructions. I would recommend to anyone and have been recommending to everyone who asks us. Great piece of garden furniture.”

“Absolutely shocking after sales service. No way to speak with anyone re faulty products. Only communication is via their website online (no email address available). No effort made to resolve any issues. Will not be recommending this website to anyone! Left with a sofa we not happy with. Awaiting help from Barclay card”

“The staff at the outlet were great helpful and knowledgeable the furniture was strong and very comfortable The delivery came on time agreed by a phone call from the driver who was very helpful We love our Rattan set we would like to thank all the team for their help And coffee was very good too Thanks James Mcclelland”

“Furniture itself was good but uneven on some pieces ,first chair a bit difficult but then rest got easier . I’d saved for this furniture so was a bit disappointed at the unevenness.”
