“Great book club, nice way to interact with others and give your opinions. The range of books included in the book club is fantastic, very diverse, and it's a lot of fun choosing which to get each month based solely on a blurb!”

“I absolutely love the Rare Birds Book Club! I received a subscription as a present and it was such a lovely surprise for me. I received books that I probably would have never read otherwise and I am so happy about it. I think that choosing between the two bundles is definitely what makes the book club even more exciting. I always look forward to the 25th of the month to read all about the book I chose, what other people thought about it and, of course, the recommended reading as well. Absolutely recommended!”

“My sister in law got me a 3 month subscription and it's quite honestly the best present I've ever had. I have told all my book loving friends about it and I know they have also bought the subscription as a gift. It's so exciting to get the email saying the next book is due and you get two genres to choose from A or B, the genres are described giving nothing away but likening them to other books you may have read, each month the book I have received has been spot on. I've also had a mystery book and this was something I would never have chosen myself but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a fabulous idea, thank you Rare Birds”

“I love Rare Birds book club. I find choosing a book out of two deliberately secretive descriptions incredibly exciting each month. The member’s area is also great, where you can discuss your views of the books, read the author interviews and read the Rare Bird’s break down of the monthly books. Following Rare Birds has become part of my daily routine. I have found so many wonderful books thanks to them. I wish I lived closer to their shop!”

“I was given a 3 month subscription as a gift. It has been a delight each month to choose, from the blurb, a book from a short list of two. It is easy to redeem the giftcard and you can miss a month if you choose to. All my choices have been a good read, arrived beautifully packaged and when one went missing in the post Rare Birds Books sent another copy quickly and efficiently. It has been rather special to be guided towards fiction written by women that i would probably not have been aware of nor tried, I love being introduced to new authors. Great bookshop, great gift.
