Ordered an item described as aluminium on the website. It arrived, made entirely of steel. It has now been almost a month, I have returned the item at my own expense and they have still not issued a refund. Pedantic and unhelpful customer service staff, I would definitely not recommend this company.

Orded a rad on the website and paid in full. Received an email to say that it's now discontinued and I will receive a full refund. Emailed back after no refund was received after 3 days, requesting they follow up and contact me. I received no contact but the refund came after five days. My original payment went out of my account in 2 hours.

Hi, Thank you for your review but we think your comment is not fair. Your ordered the item, we informed you that the item is discontinued and refund processed instantly. Once you informed us that you didnt receive your payment a day after, we sent "the proof of refund" to you. Once we process refunds, we can't follow up from our side. Refunds go back to the accounts within 3 working days, I think you need to discuss with your bank why you didnt receive your money within 3 days which is quite unusal.

They advertised a product on the website and allowed it to be purchased despite it being discontinued. With no Inital appology via email just saying. "Please note that the FLEXI NEXT GENERATION ELEMENT - 300w WITH RC is now discontinued and we do not have any further stocks available." Happy to take the money from your account tho. The customer service assistant sounded very sarcastic on the phone. Will not be using them again

Hi, Thank you for your email and comment first of all. We didn't know that the item was discontinued until the supplier sent response to us, we have informed you instantly by email but we haven't heard response from you for a while. Online companies have to take the money once you shop online, there is no other way to purchase goods online. We already said sorry on our second email. We are sorry to dissapoint you. Regards

Hi, Thank you for your comment but we think that it is not fair. You ordered your item, we have informed you that the RAL coloured items take 2-3 weeks to deliver, this information was already givenm on our website. Your item has been delivered on time.

I have said very poor because you are asking me to provide a review of products that I have not received. It is also disappointing that your system has allowed me to place an order for products that are out of stock. Other suppliers do not do this.

We have not received any goods, just an email stating that everything is out of stock! No indication on line when we ordered that these items were not available, most disappointing.

Radiator was delivered - packaging in mint condition. Had to wait for our installer's availability - a couple of weeks. When he unpacked it, put the wall mounts on, then hung the radiator he noticed a very big dent/bent on the rear of it. Clearly done in the manufacturing process in the factory. This was immediately reported to Radiator World who have washed their hands of it, not interested in helping me get a replacement at all. Appalling service for the price paid (£270!!). Avoid at all costs and chose another radiator supplier.

Beware - Make sure you order the correct item. Firstly they didnt dispatch and deliver radiator within indicated time frame. Secondly, I ordered the wrong size radiator so needed to return it, which they charged an eye watering £45 for. Most expensive cost for returning an item i have ever come across. Daylight robbery.

Bought a designer radiator advertised as next day delivery. Paid over the Internet. I received an email later in the day saying it was out of stock until April and how did I want to proceed. I asked for a refund, a week later I'm still waiting. £344. Not happy.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback and advise as you couldn't see the information of stock under "stock" tab of Colona page, you will find stock availabilty which is upgarded itself every second . We even sent you email after you ordered.
