They advertised a product on the website and allowed it to be purchased despite it being discontinued.
With no Inital appology via email just saying. "Please note that the FLEXI NEXT GENERATION ELEMENT - 300w WITH RC is now discontinued and we do not have any further stocks available." Happy to take the money from your account tho.
The customer service assistant sounded very sarcastic on the phone. Will not be using them again
