“Ordered on the Saturday and quickly acknowledged. Follow up on the Monday confirmation of it being a special order. Much to my surprise another email on the Wednesday to arrange delivery which happened the following day. The item arrived securely packed and all parts present. Nice doing business with this company.”

“Ordered an item described as aluminium on the website. It arrived, made entirely of steel. It has now been almost a month, I have returned the item at my own expense and they have still not issued a refund. Pedantic and unhelpful customer service staff, I would definitely not recommend this company.”

“We ordered 2 vertical radiators and valves , prior to delivery we were contacted as they noticed we had not ordered the correct valves. We were very impressed with that particular customer service.. Unfortunately we had a problem with our first delivery , the radiator was damaged , I emailed a photo and, it was replaced very quickly with no fuss . Very pleased with the service and the radiators.”

“Having read some good reviews I was a little concerned my initial thoughts were the website didn't have the wow factor (if that's the way to describe them) as other sites and that alone can cause concern about the quality of service. The price for the stainless steel radiator was the best I could find. Ringing them it sounded like someone working from home and not a main sales area, but they answer almost immediately not leaving you hanging on. I trusted the reviews and took the plunge and they came up trumps. Ordered before specified time and arrived the day after, well packaged and all parts there. It was incredible service and goes to show that you don't have to spend a fortune on a website selling yourself, just provide a good service and the business will succeed. Well done to Radiator World. Thanks”
