“Extremely frustrated from the level of planning, execution & follow up by Quick movers. i contracted them to help be move from one house to the other and insisted on a survey to be done before move day as the house is huge and i wanted to move in 1 day. they did the survey and quoted me a HUGE number (more than double vs. other suppliers) but i thought i will get quality service. YET on the move day only 5 people showed up claiming another 3 will follow, hour after hour no one showed up. the 5 guys kept working till 2;00 AM to finish the move and for sure i had to work with them myself to finish yet some furniture were not assembled. i've been contacting them to finish the assembly for the last 4 weeks and yet nothing happened!!!”

“The packers and movers did a good job, however they arrived an hour late. The moving truck also arrived very late, we had to wait hours after packing before they arrived. Overall the service was not what I expected, quick movers did not live up to their name. - and no responses to emails.”

Dear Anneline Quick Movers apologizes for the delays on your move. The previous client caused delays that were out of our control; There was a domestic issue which can not be discussed at this platform. The Crew couldn't leave the customer's premises . So this caused the delays to off load and it affected your move as well, None the less, we do require our clients to consider the next client on the day and have every detail sorted to avoid time delays. We are working on our operations and legal department to incorporate into our Ts&Cs measures to curb similar incidents from happening.

Dear Annerize Firstly l would like to thank you for you business and your patience. Secondly l would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused because of our delayed delivered of your display Unit from Bloem to Joburg, We picked up the Display unit on the 26th of Feb late afternoon and planned to delivery the next day mid afternoon, of which we only delivered late afternoon, the same day we promised to delivery which was the 27th. Unfortunately there were circumstance beyond our control as we had other deliveries which were on the same shared load from Bloem which delayed us to deliver on time. What we have learnt from this is we could have communicated more frequently with you during the course of the day. Thank you for taking time to post a review and we can only learn from our mistakes and make sure we have more happy customer even in the most difficult circumstances We thank you for the generosity (Tips ) you gave our crew members.
