“Very efficient service with a friendly, warm and attentive staff. Well organized online portal with dilligent communication and reminders via email and telephone, quite helpful for a busy person. Being someone who has "muddled through" on my own with bookeeping, accounting, VAT, income taxes and all the rest for my business, the feeling of knowing there's a group of people that I can trust to have my back, understand my company, know what they're doing and explain things to me in a clear and concise way is INVALUABLE, yet they don't charge the earth for the amazing work they do there. “Onboarding form did not work at the first place. But the onboarding team at QAccounting was quite proactive and liased with their IT department for a quick fix. I appreciated the on-going monitoring of the situation and regular communications from the onboarding team. In addition, the compliance team has been quite friendly and sympathetic with my case.”

This is because you are a valued existing client of ours, and each newly registered client must use a unique email address during registration (different to any registered previously), as this email address is used to login to the client Portal for the client company concerned.
