They have taken care of everything for me, including reviewing all my contracts and recommending amendments, advising me on the best tax strategies, issuing invoices on time and also ensuring I have the right insurance for my line of work. My account manager, Donnie Robertson, has been exceptional and has replied to all of my Email queries with swift and informative responses, suggested various options and guided me through the hurdles of self employment from the startup , VAT, Companies House , Business and Personal tax returns etc. I must also say contacting my account Manager or another Qaaccounting employee to discuss various topics , no matter how big or small , by telephone, has never once been a problem , and I consider that a big plus . “I've been with QAccounting just over 5 years and can honestly say its been a hassle free service and experience. I don't have much of an understanding of accounting/tax and how it all works and my account manager John Cullion makes it so I don't have to. He's very professional, breaks everything down into layman's terms and explains it when I need it explained. More importantly he's always on the end of the phone when I need him.
