At the moment, I’ve only been using the pillow for a week, I’m feeling that I’ve wasted quite a lot of money. So far I haven’t felt any benefit, that might change I guess?

Wedge good but super expensive for what it is. The cover that came with it is really poor quality…. Poorly stitched Delivery also was poor…. The website promises fast delivery…. Very slow delivery

Poor Velcro, quality of cover is poor and overall wouldn’t buy. Delivery took a long time too.

Website was ok to navigate and purchase through to delivery was as expected. Refund criteria seems very much a catch 22 as you have to open the pillow from a sealed bag in order to use it/try it... Apparently upon opening this voids your return eligibility... Returning products also seems to be an awkward experience as no clear approach via the website. So I guess you need to sleep with the packaging on to realise it's a terrible product so you can return it. Not great.

More a reflection on my personal needs rather than a verdict on your product. Well made, nicely finished off with a close fitting removable and washable cover. Unfortunately I’ve found this “butterfly” pillow too hard and unmanageable in either of the positions it’s designed for. Not ‘giving’ enough round the neck and not large enough to stop crossing of the legs call for after breaking a hip. I’m very small in stature, with a mis-aligned spine, so my experience is not a fair test of your product. I’m sure under the right conditions it would be a boon to most. You have a comprehensive selection of items designed for the needs of many.

The item arrived as described but when I used it the first night it became obvious the my lower back was suffering and it is of no use for me. I was disappointed to hear that there was no refund available because it had been used, albeit for only one night, and with no skin to product contact.

Wouldn’t recommend, very uncomfortable and not worth £160 I paid that’s for sure. Disappointed, much thinner than the photo, must be half the size in width and length

I was expecting firm topper but is actually softer then memory foam. Cover was dirty, poor quality and straps would by benefit.

I have had a Putnams pillow before many years ago so ordered with confidence but the memory foam was too hard. As I'd used it I couldn't return it. They gave me 50% off the normal one but this is also too uncomfortable. Maybe they just don't suit me anymore but it's £150 wasted on pillows I can't use. You can't return them if you take the plastic wrap off but can't really try them out overnight with them on. Very disappointing and expensive

Putnams has poor customer care and l experience a poor customer service when l had missing pillow cases on my order they refused to address it. So l had to reorder the cases and pay again but l was able to get the money back through my credit card bank.

This was my first experience of the company. The web site was easy to navigate. Delivery of the product was prompt.

I recently purchased 6 pillows and 3 of them came opened and without pillow cases and nothing just wrapped in packing plastic. I sent an email to Putnams to send me the 3 cases but l haven’t received any response since about 3 weeks ago that l bought these pillows. I wanted to give a couple as gift but there’s no evidence that they are not used because they are nothing. I don’t know the process to return them back to Putnams without incurring costs. Not happy about the anti- snore pillow it hard and uncomfortable.

Not at all happy with this pillow . I have found it too hard and have tried to persevere but have woken up with a headache every time . I did email you but to be honest you didn’t really seem interested . I would not recommend .
