“The wedge cover looked well made and was ok until I washed it! I did as instructed and washed it by hand but it seems to have shrunk as I now cannot close the zip along the top of the wedge as if I do the bottom of the wedge curls up as there is now not enough room inside the cover for it to lie flat. Also closing the zip right up strains the stitching along the zip and it is coming apart. All in all a very poor show for a very expensive cover. Will not buy again.”
“The quality of the product is good.
However, when I unfolded it was smaller than I expected. After open the plastic bag that conteined the duvet, I got realised that I was not allowed to return it because the bag was broken. I've never experienced that before and I didn't like that fact. If I could return it I would buy a bigger size.”
“Putnams company are fine, products take a little longer to arrive but arrived well packaged. Sadly the products didn't work for me & I was unable to return them within the 14 days, so for me a waste of money.”

Refund criteria seems very much a catch 22 as you have to open the pillow from a sealed bag in order to use it/try it... Apparently upon opening this voids your return eligibility...
Returning products also seems to be an awkward experience as no clear approach via the website.
So I guess you need to sleep with the packaging on to realise it's a terrible product so you can return it.

“More a reflection on my personal needs rather than a verdict on your product. Well made, nicely finished off with a close fitting removable and washable cover.
Unfortunately I’ve found this “butterfly” pillow too hard and unmanageable in either of the positions it’s designed for. Not ‘giving’ enough round the neck and not large enough to stop crossing of the legs call for after breaking a hip. I’m very small in stature, with a mis-aligned spine, so my experience is not a fair test of your product. I’m sure under the right conditions it would be a boon to most.

“The item arrived as described but when I used it the first night it became obvious the my lower back was suffering and it is of no use for me. I was disappointed to hear that there was no refund available because it had been used, albeit for only one night, and with no skin to product contact.”

“I have had a Putnams pillow before many years ago so ordered with confidence but the memory foam was too hard. As I'd used it I couldn't return it. They gave me 50% off the normal one but this is also too uncomfortable. Maybe they just don't suit me anymore but it's £150 wasted on pillows I can't use.
You can't return them if you take the plastic wrap off but can't really try them out overnight with them on.

“Putnams has poor customer care and l experience a poor customer service when l had missing pillow cases on my order they refused to address it. So l had to reorder the cases and pay again but l was able to get the money back through my credit card bank.”
