“I have had a Putnams pillow before many years ago so ordered with confidence but the memory foam was too hard. As I'd used it I couldn't return it. They gave me 50% off the normal one but this is also too uncomfortable. Maybe they just don't suit me anymore but it's £150 wasted on pillows I can't use.
You can't return them if you take the plastic wrap off but can't really try them out overnight with them on.
Very disappointing and expensive”
“Putnams has poor customer care and l experience a poor customer service when l had missing pillow cases on my order they refused to address it. So l had to reorder the cases and pay again but l was able to get the money back through my credit card bank.”
“I recently purchased 6 pillows and 3 of them came opened and without pillow cases and nothing just wrapped in packing plastic. I sent an email to Putnams to send me the 3 cases but l haven’t received any response since about 3 weeks ago that l bought these pillows. I wanted to give a couple as gift but there’s no evidence that they are not used because they are nothing. I don’t know the process to return them back to Putnams without incurring costs. Not happy about the anti- snore pillow it hard and uncomfortable.”
“Not at all happy with this pillow . I have found it too hard and have tried to persevere but have woken up with a headache every time .
