“We have purchased a couple of items from Putnams in the last few months and have been delighted with the service. On phoning for some advice on exactly what would be best for our needs, we received expert advice from very helpful, knowledgable, experienced and friendly staff. Placing an order was simple and, despite them being extremely busy at the time, we received a call in only a few days to say our order was ready.
A second item we required was ordered directly from the website. The process was very simple and straightforward and we received good communication on the progress and delivery of our order.
There is absolutely no doubt we will have no hesitation in using Putnams again.”

Refund criteria seems very much a catch 22 as you have to open the pillow from a sealed bag in order to use it/try it... Apparently upon opening this voids your return eligibility...
Returning products also seems to be an awkward experience as no clear approach via the website.
So I guess you need to sleep with the packaging on to realise it's a terrible product so you can return it.

“Disappointed with experience. I do not feel that the item purchased met the description accurately. How to return is not immediately obvious without looking on website. Note that is says - If you are not [happy], simply return the product to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and un-used condition. It would be more user friendly for me for this to be included in email and for return guidance in to be in the email and for the option to return an item if you are not happy with the quality of it after trying it.”
“Unfortunately after 20 minutes of sitting on this it caused more pain than on a normal seat. I tried again a few times but same thing happened, then I started to get really bad hip pain...it must change the angle of the pelvis which strained other areas..not sure but it made the pain worse so I returned it. I tried it without the cut out section by rotating it but that just dug in to the area causing more pressure. It's well made just a shame it had the opposite effect i was hoping for. Disappointed i had to pay for return postage too so I am left out of pocket with nothing to show for it & half a day getting to town to get to the post office to return it.”
“The item arrived as described but when I used it the first night it became obvious the my lower back was suffering and it is of no use for me. I was disappointed to hear that there was no refund available because it had been used, albeit for only one night, and with no skin to product contact.”
“Our Doctor informed us that we should raise our bed at our head end by around 4 inches to help our health problems. He suggested putting a book under the end but we did not think that this would be a good suggestion so we went looking and found Putnams. We do have a high mattress and with the Putnams wedges it made it a little strange getting into and out of bed, but we become used to it. Now we find our health has improved and hope that this will continue. Many thanks Putnams.”
“Ordering and delivery service was good. However, the product (bed wedge) was so hard that I had to abandon using it after the first 2 nights. A total waste of money.”
“The order process was easy and the mattress wedge arrived in the timescale stated. We have been very happy with it but It was very expensive and I was dismayed when offered a code for 5% discount as soon as I had ordered and paid and then another a few days later for 10% discount. It would be better for everyone during these hard times if the prices were reduced overall as it's not something that I would buy again.”
“Was dubious as the whether I would feel comfortable using this but it’s great. I’m a side sleeper and wouldn’t know it’s there in the night. I do occasionally slip down but it has been excellent for my acid reflux”
