“Unfortunately, the pillow contained chemicals that made me very ill. I contacted Putnams within a week, expecting some level of concern, but there was no customer service, and not even a 'sorry to hear that'.
I was just told that as I had opened the seal, I could not obtain a refund or exchange - only 10% off another order if I signed up to the newsletter. I replied but received no further contact.

“The level of customer service received from staff at Putnams was excellent, given I ordered the wrong item and had to ask to return this and have the correct one sent out in its place. This was dealt with in a timely way and returning the item was easy. I was actually able to speak to a human being at the other end of the telephone which these days is a real plus.”

First pillow arrived promptly but on opening the stitching was a bit off and there was a hole, contacted Putnam immediately and they sent out a replacement first class post, can't ask for better service than that....well done 👍”
