“Can't fault the service but found the memory foam pillow far too firm for me personally. If very firm is what you're after this pillow will be perfect for you, could tell the product was very well made. Returns aren't free and product needs to be kept in its original plastic wrap packaging to be returned, which is fine but just something to be aware of while you're researching the product. Refund was processed promptly once I returned. Would buy from them again, but maybe ask customer support for advice on what was most likely to fit my needs in future.”
“Great product but very epensive shipping. Bought 2 pillows and they doubled the shipping cost. My shipping was more than the cost of a light weight pillow. Though the product is well made, I will look elsewhere where a company does not take advantage of making more money by not reducing the shipping cost when buying more tan one item.”
“Since buying and sleeping on this pillow it has made a restless night with a stiff neck turn into a lovely nights sleep wish I had known about it years ago. I am now looking at other products to help living with fibromyalgia more bearable. Thankyou Putnams.”
“Excellent cushions. I found them helpful and the advice from the website, reminds me to sit up straight.
The adviser I talked to was also very helpful and I ordered what I needed.
Thank you,
Sheila Middleton.”

“Having recently placed my fourth order in as many months, the service seems to get better every time. It can be summed up inoine word - superb. Thank you”
“We bought the wedge after my husband had an oesophageal cancer operation. It has really improved his sleep without so many disturbed nights with reflux. The service from Putmans was speedy and reliable.”
“Thanks for the very fast response to my seat wedge order. It will definitely protect my back from badly designed chairs at work (usually in churches)”
