“Excellent purchase of a working 'village' style hand pump. I had an issue when installing the pump originally as the top of the pump had a casting weakness. As soon as I got in touch with the company, and sent a couple of photographs, they sent me a replacement part the next day. I changed the offending part and the pump was up and running within a few minutes. Weaknesses in casting, due to the nature of how it's made, can be common and the company acted really profesionally to replace it without question. Well done W. Robinson & Sons. I highly recommend this company for both product and customer service.”
“Item i.e. garden water pump. Arrived well in time. Some problems with 12mm clevis pin holes - one OK but second undersized and misaligned with first. Rectified with "Dremel"hand grinder.
General state of casting - a bit "rough and ready" in places although valve mating faces and screw-thread were acceptable.
For the price - about what I would expect.”
