About Puck Stop:

Established in 1995, Puck Stop is the UKs leading Ice and Inline Hockey specialist store, offering a huge selection of equipment at very competitive prices.

Puck Stop are a family run business that was created when one of the sons started playing ice hockey back in 1994, but struggled to find equipment anywhere in the UK at reasonable prices or with staff that understood players needs. A year later and Puck Stop was born!
We are players, we understand what players require, we know the pain of not being in a store with any stock. This is why we opened the store.
The majority of our staff have either played or still play hockey giving us a key insight in to the customers needs.

The long and short of it is...... WE LOVE HOCKEY!

“Very helpful and knowledgeable in the sales office quick at answering the phone, the delivery was very quick and kept up to date with the latest news on delivery. The website is easy and comfortable to navigate around and payment is easy several options. I would recommend this shop for Ice skates. They certainly got there skates on in the next day delivery of my sons skates !!! Thanks.”

“Rang sales to see what is available for my son a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person said what was available , told my son.. The following day ordered the Ice skates and were delivered a day later with the courier updating the delivery time online. Very good service indeed and would recommend to others. Certainly got there skates on in delivery !!!”

“First purchase on Puck Stop : product quality, delivery time...everything perfect !! The shipping fees have been charged twice by mistake (2 times £7 = £14) However after a phone call to Puck Stop, Celine kindly and fastly refunded the £7 towards the postage. Go !!! and buy at Puck Stop ;-)) FFF (Fred From France)”

“Very good services, guy named Greg very helpful and knowlagable and done and amazing job getting my skates to me on a Saturday for next day Delivery, very pleased. I would definitely use them again for anything hockey related and if you have time which I will be doing when I can I would pop into the store. Thanks”

“They informed me that the product I ordered would not come through in time for. Max. I phoned to say that I would wait for the goods. The person was very polite and helpful. I actually recieved the goods prior to Xmas, unfortunately the goods did not fit. This was no fault of Puck Stop. I returned the goods and recieved the refund very quickly. Excellent service. Having previously ordered from them successfully I would happily order from them again. Good to have confidence in a company. Thanks Puck Stop.”
