“Good course – does what is says on the information pack. Course fitted to my needs, Instructor was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. I will recommend to my HR head for other managers to attend. The small class size was very good to talk about your issues and the instructor explained everything extremely well and I can’t offer any suggested improvements”

“We booked 2 training courses: Personal Effectiveness and The Client Meeting: Face to face selling. Tracey who delivered the PE course was excellent, both in her preparation before the course but particularly the delivery. The team enjoyed the interactive nature of the course and have been implementing and channelling all the positivity and skills learnt. They were extremely enthusiastic after the course and Tracey is an absolute bundle of positive energy. The Client Meeting course involved more listening and there was a lot more information to take in by the nature of the course. Geoff tailored it to our needs selling a service rather than a product and a consultative approach to selling. The team have taken a lot of useful tips away. Overall, I've been extremely impressed by the professionalism and high standards of the trainers at PTP and we will definitely rebook in the future!”

“I attended a credit control course based in Birmingham and it was fantastic! It was much more than I could of asked for. The trainer was brilliant and covered all areas, he adapted the course to suit our individual experiences, and I have come away with a lot more knowledge and confidence!”

“On the 9th February I attended the PTP Training course "Winning More Business on the Telephone." Throughout the day on this course I learnt a variety of new,different skills which have helped me carry out my telephone calls better ever since. I thought the trainer Tracy Richards was the ideal candidate to carry out the course, as she was helpful and I felt she taught the course very well throughout the duration of the day.”

“I recently attended the Finance for Non Finance Managers course which I found both informative and enjoyable, delivered in an adaptable and informal way by the trainer. The small group situation helped us work through relevant subjects for our organisations and achieve our desired learning outcomes, by tailoring the course to suit our needs. “Attended a well-run Introduction to Project Management course. The trainer was excellent and customised the session well for the delegates. The company used a high quality venue with free car parking, lunch and refreshments included. I thought it was excellent value for money.”

We were particularly pleased with the pre-course contact from the company and the trainer who all worked to help accommodate our particular preferences. “PTP provided Management Skills training at our offices, and the whole experience was excellent.
