“I would recommend PTP for the 'coaching and mentoring course.' This session was not part of a large group which meant we received one-to-one guidance/training and was able to put a personal action plan in place. We learnt various management techniques, how to give feedback effectively, how to handle sensitive situations and how to overcome barriers to performance.”

“I didnt attend the course for various reasons, and PTP were agressive in pursuing the fee which I didnt know was due. The justification for this was there were course materials which the fee covered, but at no point did they offer to send these, but agreed when asked. To date I have not received these materials and they are refusing to send despite me paying their fee. Their communications have been agressive and rude and I have found their staff to be unprofessional and dishonest.”

We are sorry about your perception but when you booked the course you agreed to our terms and conditions and you completed the pre-course questionnaire. We booked your place and ordered your lunch, printed your certifcate and your notes and you did not attend. We offered to re-book your place at half price and you then accused us of being unfair. After months of chasing you still have not paid. Shame on you.

“Brilliant course on interpreting financial statements. If I'm honest I was apprehensive that I'd be able to understand the subject matter but Tracey made the course so clear and engaging I'd recommend it to anyone! The stories and real life examples really brought the subject to life and Tracey really listened to the delegates and tailored it to our needs. Even though we all had very different levels of financial understanding we all got what we needed from the course. Thanks Tracey!”

“very flexible with course dates and late booking. Very professional service on the phone with Marc to book and organise my place. Course was delivered enthusiastically and interactively by Candy, who's enthusiasm for high quality training was apparent throughout. the course met and exceeded my expectations, and was professionally organised and delivered in a great venue”
