“Although I have worked in management positions for nearly 30 years I was aware that I had not kept up with the most recent techniques and methods to really cater to the needs of the Company. After completing the Introduction to HR course, I feel reinvigorated and ready to deal with the most difficult of employees with a new-found optimism that we can move forward and found some common ground. Initial contacts with staff have been very promising and the course was more than worth a day of my time. Recommended.”

“PTP have delivered multiple Train The Trainer courses for us. They have always been accommodating about when and where they deliver these. I have had great feedback from every person who has attended one of these courses and have seen great training being delivered as a result. I wouldn't hesitate to use PTP for any training in the future.”

“I have never had a bad experience with PTP, even when things haven't gone to plan and courses had to be cancelled, PTP are always very good at communicating and ensuring the training course, regardless of the content, is relevant to your job role. The trainers are fantastic and I genuinely feel I have made some great friends through these courses. Keep up the good work.”
