“I was so glad to find a purveyer of quality drills. They were exactly what I needed. However either I didn't read the website correctly or it was not displayed but I wanted two drills but instead got two packs of ten! Never mind they were not expensive and now I have sufficient replacements. I also gave a few away!”

“The customer service was excellent but unfortunately the drills were not up to the job. 2 holes drilled in the 8mm web of an RSJ and they were blunt.”

“Service was very good with the drills arriving sooner than expected and all well packed in individual cases. Will happily use again. ONly reaosn for not giving a 5* review is that I havent actually got any ifrst hand experience of the drills quality as yet.”

“Both the product quality and the service are very good. The only down side is the demand to order multiples of each size. I’d prefer a slightly higher price or a minimum order value instead.”

“Having used your products for many years I find your drills hard wearing and your torx screwdriver bits very robust compared to a lot of the competition. Also price and delivery are very good also.”

“All ordered items arrived in good time. Quality seems decent but yet to fully put them to the test. Packaging could be a bit better as could the tin boxes that contain the drill sets. A few were a bit worse for wear when they arrived and one had to be cut open as the smaller drills had jammed it solidly closed. Other than that all seems good.”
