“Excellent price & delivery, although the carbide bit on one of the straight shank masonry drills was a little larger than the stated size (13mm instead of 12mm)”

“Have not had a chance to use the drill bits, but they do look great, well packaged into seperate sizes. I was fortunately caught by surprise where i realised that i actually receive 10 of each drill bit size rather than just on singular drill bit (perhaps shouldve expected that but i am glad) So far so good! cant wait to use them.”

“Very pleased with the turnaround of the order but unfortunately the tap was unusable due to being smaller by .005 mm than the thread I was intending to clean out. I know it was the budget tap but I did think it would have been more accurate. I will use this company again.”

“Fast efficient service. Great value. Would have been five if you carried 0.5 mm intermediate sizes of Brad point wood bits as well. Had to buy these elsewhere and they are inferior quality to yours. Individually packaged bits in plastic pouches seems excessive when buying multiples bits. This was not the case previously so perhaps a short term issue. Thanks for the service you provide. I always check your site first when buying drill bits.”

“At first wrong item was delivered. I called the company who sent correct item no extra charges. I asked how to return the wrong one and they said keep it (£9 worth item) because return handling will be too much. Customer service was very good. I would give 5 stars if correct item would have been shipped to start with. The drill bits seems to be in low quality plastic boxes and I haven't used the bits yet so cannot say if they are fit for purpose”
