“Thanks for the service Easy to order had everything I needed, other than I was told I would get order confirmation email, I didn’t, along with invoice, I didn’t. I have sent email requests for invoices and as yet no reply I need invoices for business accounts if you could help that would be great”

“The drills are fine, just a small issue. The boxes that both british measurement and milli meter drills came in are difficult to open and a more convenient but secure method would be helpful”

“unfortunately I didn't get the drill bits I ordered but this was the fault of DPD the courier. The women from UK Drills I spoke to about tracking the package and cancelling my order were really helpful and efficient, fast refund too. I only cancelled because I needed the bits immediately. I will shop with UK Drills again.”

“I was purchasing TCT forstner bits. I clicked on TCT bits and made my selection. Until I received my order I hadn't realised the 10mm & 12mm were HSS. I looked on your site and realised this was partly my error as these two bits were marked has HSS. But I was not expecting HSS drills to be displayed where I had indicated TCT bits”
