“I had a problem with the paint I received - not Promains fault but a manufacture issue. The service I received from Ben in Technical Support was superb. He went far beyond the normal levels of support to resolve the issue of getting my paint replaced DESPITE the efforts of CityLink to sabotage his efforts. I can only recommend Promains service levels. Thank you.”

“I searched the internet and found the promain website as a previously unknown supplier of various types of paint. I studied the many offers on the website and thought I had found a product that would meet my needs - a fire performance coating. I contacted the sales department and a very pleasant lady took my order and card payment. Shortly after, a member of the technical department rang me to tell me that the product was out of stock and to discuss my application with a view to seeking an alternative product which was available immediately. The conversation quickly led to the conclusion that I had ordered an unsuitable product for my application. A couple of e-mails later I had an e-mailed quotation for the additional cost and placed a further order to cover the price difference, etc. The technical staff, principally Nino, treated me with courtesy and credited me with some intelligence though without expecting me to be expert in their field. Nino spent some time and took some trouble to help me out though we were never looking at a high value/quantity order. I will wait a couple of days to let the materials arrive and thereafter I will have no hesitation in dealing with the company again, if necessary, and in recommending the same to any friend or ex-colleague who might be in need of something you could supply. Thank you.”
