“I spoke to Tony for some advice and he was super helpful, professional and polite. A few minutes later, he called back unexpectedly to tell me that a particular barn paint finish was not available having previously told me he thought it was, that's what I call customer service, absolutely first class. It's the second or third time we have used Promain UK - I think they offer world class painting solutions at a competitive price, but for me, the level of product knowledge is worth every penny.”

“Firstly I phoned for advice and the gentleman was extremely helpful. I called again when ordering and the sales team were lovely! I'm not a painter but between the great customer service, excellent prices and online advice etc I have no hesitation in recommending Promain - in fact, I already have!”

“I've used Promain numerous times in the past to order Owatrol products to use on my garden decking. The products are excellent and they always provide a very good customer service, though sadly like everything else there has been a big hike in prices and delivery charges in comparison to what they were a few years ago.”
