“Progreen were very helpful on the phone when the Finalsan product was not delivered before 10:30 by UPS. Whilst this was out of Progreen's control they attempted to track what was happening and kept me updated. UPS eventually delivered a day later in the afternoon. Progreen offered a refund of the P&P difference that I had paid for express Ext day a.m. delivery. This is fine but what I really needed was UPS to do their job properly in order that I could take advantage of a dry warm spell to kill weeds. I have used Pelargonic acid weedkiller in Switzerland and found it extremely effective in warm weather; noticeably discolouring plants within 30 minutes and total desiccation within 6 hours. Unfortunately the very warm spell had ended when the product arrived and whilst the weather was dry when I applied the product and it has had a reasonable effect, it is not anywhere near as effective at 14 degrees in England as at 28 degrees in Switzerland. Usage of the product is simple and the supplied instructions and safety sheets very comprehensive. I will use again but hopefully in warmer weather to gain more efficacy.”
