“Your role in the purchase process was just faultless. The product function seems to conform with the guidance description provided, although inevitably I’ll know more on this later. Delivery took longer than I would have liked and involved a ‘fail’ on the first occasion - despite us being present on the stated day (for some reason the doorbell wasn’t used or we didn’t hear it (unlikely) ). This latter issue was not your fault and in the end I managed to use a break in the weather to spray the field. Overall, I would be happy to buy from you again.”
