“The service and advice from Progreen was excellent and the product, arrived well packaged , sooner than expected and worked a treat in fact much, much better than we anticipated. It was the first time we used Progreen Weed Control solutions. I think I can say we’ll definitely become a regular customer if this level of service continues”

“Products and advice facilities are good but postage and packing costs are expensive”

Hi Martin, thank you for leaving a review. We're glad to hear that we were able to help with your product choice. With regard to our postage charges, we are regulated by the types of product that we sell. This means we have to abide by regulations for transport depending on the product. Our products are delivered by registered ADR couriers and cannot be carried by Royal Mail or other non ADR courier firms. Unfortunately the charges for regulated ADR carriers are higher. “I have used Progreen for a few years now. I have always found what I needed. The product information is excellent and the delivery is very quick. I find the option to search by problem very useful. Would highly recommend Progreen.”

“Excellent service from ProGreen but the delivery by UPS was a complete shambles. Very expensive delivery costs that were not worth it as they delivered to the wrong address!”

“Product excellent, goods dispatched promptly, however UPS took 6 days to deliver to a UPS pickup point, unacceptable, suggest you (ProGreen) find an alternative courier service.”

We are governed by the rules regarding correct transport for products of this nature, which means we are restricted to couriers that are licensed to carry this type of product.
