“If when your agents ring to remind us of our Renewel they mentioned that it would only take a few minutes and that the form was already filled in online from the previous insurance and that you didn't have to re put in all your details again (which I presumed you did) and they offered to stay on the phone to 'help', then I would have done this weeks ago. For me there is so much pressure on time, with emails, forms, spam, etc and anyone who has filled in online forms for quotes knows how long it takes, to know how easy something is would be a bonus, it a definite plus to your company. I asked if I could re apply over the phone there and then and was told no but this would be a great alternative. Your system is easy and fast. It would be faster to stay on the phone than to ring the customer a few times to remind them about the Renewel. All the agents would need is to become familiar with he online form or to be able to look at it live as I fill it in. Helen”

“Been using them for years, and have no complaints at all. I should add that we have fortunately never had to make a claim though.”

“I made an unusual enquiry concerning indemnity insurance for residents association committee comprises a group of 10 volunteers. Will dealt with the enquiry quickly and efficiently and the GPRA now has an indemnity insurance in place. Good job done, Will.”

“I have used Professional Insurance agents for 6 years now. Thankfully I have not used their services to make a claim and therefore cannot comment on this aspect but with regard to the PII policies that I have purchased, I have consistently found their customer service to be good and their pricing to be very competitive. When my recent automatic renewal resulted in a greatly increased premium over last year, one of their staff (Conor Edwards) spent a fair amount of time finding a better quote manually.”

“Professional indemnity insurance provided a very competitive quote for my insurance needs. On renewal the company were in touch with me regarding my renewal date. This communication from the company was not "in your face" and allowed me the space and time to weight up alternative quotes from other insurers”
