“I have used Professional Insurance agents for 6 years now. Thankfully I have not used their services to make a claim and therefore cannot comment on this aspect but with regard to the PII policies that I have purchased, I have consistently found their customer service to be good and their pricing to be very competitive. When my recent automatic renewal resulted in a greatly increased premium over last year, one of their staff (Conor Edwards) spent a fair amount of time finding a better quote manually.”

“Professional indemnity insurance provided a very competitive quote for my insurance needs. On renewal the company were in touch with me regarding my renewal date. This communication from the company was not "in your face" and allowed me the space and time to weight up alternative quotes from other insurers”

“The website was very easy to use. The questions were really simple to answer and the online quote was excellent. Certainly helped by the low commission charge as opposed to the £50.00 charge my local broker wanted for sending out a paper contract of £180.00.”

“I can only highly recommend PIA.
