“As first-time buyers we felt quite lost in the whole house buying process and were recommended Private Finance to help us in sourcing the most financially viable mortgage. We had the pleasure of working with James McCudden-Hughes who provided us with an enormous amount of guidance and support throughout the process which made it all run smoothly and quickly. No question was silly to ask and was answered professionally, clearly and quickly at all times. Throughout James provided us with timeframes and we welcomed the little nudges reminding us of any actions we needed to take. Within a couple of weeks we had a mortgage in place as well as the mortgage valuation on the house completed. What was a daunting prospect of buying our first home was made easy though the professionalism of James (thank you!) and I will not hesitate in contacting him or Private Finance again for any other services I will no doubt require in the future.”

“I have used Private Finance before, about 8 years ago, and found them to be brilliant. So when I needed to re-mortgage recently, I thought I would return to them. I was not disappointed, I was very lucky to get Sean Hirschle (I was even still on their data base!). Sean seemed very knowledgeable about the type of mortgage that would suit my circumstances, Sean was in constant contact, always available to answer questions, and kept the whole process moving. Just over a month later the re-mortgage was completed. Everything was conducted on-line, and even the solicitors he recommended were very quick and efficient.”

“By far, this is the best company I have ever dealt with regarding mortgage. Mr Sean Hirschle, who handled my case said he will never give up until we complete the process. Infact, he is an excellent advisor. To be very honest, he stood tall amongst other brokers I was dealing with. Sean saw beyond the impossible and delivered the result we most needed. To me, Private Finance provides the needed support with a team of brilliant staff who leave a mark of excellence in the delivery of services. “As a first-time buyer, I cannot recommend Private Finance highly enough. Initially, the vendor was keen to move quickly and was prepared to go with another buyer if we were not able to instruct a valuation within 24-48 hours. Chris was able book the valuation in 1 day and secured us a great mortgage deal just two weeks later. From there, he was always on hand to check-in and support us through to exchange and completion. We will definitely be using Private Finance again in future and thanks to the team for all your help!”

“We used Private Finance for our recent move and could not recommend Chris more. We were told by another company that we would not be able to secure a mortgage on the type of property we were buying but Chris managed to find us a good deal and went above and beyond to make sure the mortgage went through. “Private Finance were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They secured me a mortgage deal that met my needs quickly, they went out of their way to keep me updated. My purchase took several months longer than expected to complete but they consistently kept in touch with the solicitors for updates so that they could keep me informed.
