“Michael Mears was recommended to me 2.5 years ago for the purchase of my new home and has just done our re-mortgage. He's very thorough and I trust his judgement and advice. Maniksha Shah also assisted us during this process and was great with communication. Any time I asked a question, she was on hand to help and guide, alongside Michael. I will happily return to both Michael and Maniksha in 5 years when my fixed term is up again.”

“Mortgage advance received today. The service was simply great. I tried approaching couple of banks directly prior to contacting private finance but after going through PF I felt it was money well spent and prices was simply hassle free. The service and advice was simply great. Being a first time buyer, I had several questions. Anuj was my advisor. This rating is mostly for his service. He was very patient in explaining details and options I had. With limited validity on my visa my colleagues told me that, I will have only one or two options and I din't have a great experience directly dealing with banks. Anuj got me better mortgage options given my situation. He was very responsive and friendly. I also had some target in terms of timelines due to my vacation. He made sure that everything was sorted out before I left for vacation. Great experience. I would definitely recommend. Special thanks to Anuj for amazing support.”

“James worked extremely hard to get us the mortgage we required. Nothing was too much. So supportive throughout the process, quick responses to my million emails and question. We hadn’t been able to get a mortgage for a few years and we are so glad we came across James at Private Finance. He really has made our day. We will be forever thankful!”

“Shaun Church of Private Finance was recommended to me by a colleague - one of the best recommendations I have received! He was able to get me a mortgage at the level I needed using his resourcefulness, when many other brokers claimed it wasn't possible. He made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Excellent at his job, very easy to talk to and, importantly, a genuinely good bloke. 5 stars and have already recommended to a few others!”

“We came across Private Finance and their ability to help with buyers unusual circumstances. My partner is a a Ltd company director who made a loss due to large investment, all of the high street banks and other brokers didn't want to help. We contacted Private Finance and was assured from the start they would be able to help. From start to finish, the communication and expertise of Anuj was incredible. He responded to emails immediately and kept us informed every step of the way, even when we may have been wittering a bit! It took a little while longer than expected to get the result after having a decline from the first lender, but that was nothing to do with Anuj and he immediately found us another offer which went through in two weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Private finance to anyone and will certainly be using them going forward for all of our home buying needs. The service was fantastic value for money and cheaper than we ever imagined.”
