“James worked extremely hard to get us the mortgage we required. Nothing was too much. So supportive throughout the process, quick responses to my million emails and question. We hadn’t been able to get a mortgage for a few years and we are so glad we came across James at Private Finance. He really has made our day. We will be forever thankful!”

“Shaun Church of Private Finance was recommended to me by a colleague - one of the best recommendations I have received! He was able to get me a mortgage at the level I needed using his resourcefulness, when many other brokers claimed it wasn't possible. He made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Excellent at his job, very easy to talk to and, importantly, a genuinely good bloke. 5 stars and have already recommended to a few others!”

“We came across Private Finance and their ability to help with buyers unusual circumstances. My partner is a a Ltd company director who made a loss due to large investment, all of the high street banks and other brokers didn't want to help. We contacted Private Finance and was assured from the start they would be able to help. From start to finish, the communication and expertise of Anuj was incredible. He responded to emails immediately and kept us informed every step of the way, even when we may have been wittering a bit! It took a little while longer than expected to get the result after having a decline from the first lender, but that was nothing to do with Anuj and he immediately found us another offer which went through in two weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Private finance to anyone and will certainly be using them going forward for all of our home buying needs. The service was fantastic value for money and cheaper than we ever imagined.”

“The service I have received has been incredible, I came to Conor Carpenter as a first time buyer trying to find out what I would be able to borrow. Throughout the whole process he was extremely helpful and very efficient. When the time came to put through my mortgage application I received my mortgage offer within 2 working days. “Cold called Michael 17:23 on a Tuesday evening who within 20 minutes had gleaned sufficient information to email a solution on Friday afternoon. All correspondence and phone calls were answered quickly and accurately. Mortgages were raised in plenty of time for exchange. Michael, Maniksha and all others involved made an excellent responsive team making a difficult situation so much easier.”
