“We have had a mortgage and then remortgage arranged through Private Finance over the last 2 years. We have dealt with Shaun Church on both occasions and he has been excellent. Shaun and his team are both professional and extremely knowledgable. As a result we have found the process far less stressful and we felt supported throughout. Shaun was always available to answer questions and to help guide us through some quite complex situations. We would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.”

“I’ve been in contact with Ryan and his team for nearly 12 months now and I can honestly say that I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be helping me secure the property I’m buying. Ryan, Chloe and Nathan have been absolutely excellent, very professional, comforting, reassuring at all times throughout the whole buying process! Kept up to date week to week with any of my questions answered promptly. From start to finish, you really feel valued with the effort the team put in and results speak for themselves. Some of the things that Ryan has been able to pull off never seemed possible. No matter how complex the scenario, Ryan and his team are so versatile! 10/10 would highly recommend to first time buyers, landlords etc. Look forward to doing more business with Ryan, Chloe and Nathan in the very near future!”

“We highly recommend Private Finance!! Out of all the advisers/brokers we were talking with, Michael, with the support of Maniksha was by far the most knowledgeable, efficient, pro-active and professional. Due to the nature and complexities of our purchase, some advisors stated they were unable to find a competative mortgage which attracted a good rate and fees. From the onset, Michael was confident and very reassuring that he was able to, which he did. Throughout the process, from the beginning to the end. We were always kept up to date with the progress of the purchase by phone or email. There was never a time when we had to chase for an update or felt as if we didnt know timescales or next steps. 5 star rating for Michael, Maniksha and Private Finance. Trustworthy and reliable! I will continue to recommend Private Finance to my friends and family and use for all future mortgages and financial advice.”

“Highly recommend! I was struggling to get a mortgage a few years back and without the help of Michael Mears I wouldn’t have my dream home! “I highly recommend Private Finance! Nathan Cole recently helped me with my mortgage during the stress of moving house - and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. Professional, lovely, amazing at communicating and very knowledgeable! And even once I had paid for his services as my mortgage advisor - he went above and beyond and stuck with me until the very end when we completed on our house move. I don’t think I would have completed in time if it wasn’t for Nathan keeping in touch with my solicitors / estate agents. “Jason Hall has been our mortgage broker for a number of years and I cannot praise his expertise highly enough.
