“Jake was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I’d tried several brokers as my situation was complex. My credit history was not very good. Jake found a great lender with a good interest rate. Everyone else I tried could not get near the rate Jake managed to find. I would highly recommend this company and especially Jake, who was helpful and professional throughout the process.”

“PF located a mortgage that was interest only loan at a good interest rate providing a flexible capital repayment structure. We wanted to get an underwriting decision quickly and close the loan in six months. We also obtained a fixed rate commitment where the rate moved down with the market this year.”
