“Cannot recommend PF highly enough for their resourcefulness and professionalism. We needed to arrange lending to finance the purchase of our forever home but personal circumstances (recently repatriated from Far East, started own business but yet to deliver significant revenues) took traditional mortgage solutions out of reach for us. PF came throigh - and how! they secured us a BTL product on an investment property at a rate comparable, if not better than those availabe for residential loans. We were kept up to date throughout the process. Could not have asked for more! Thank you Ted.”

“We needed to raise some short term capital on comparatively short notice and after discussing the options with Private Finance, we decided on a short term interest only buy to let mortgage. Anuj compared the market for us, including offers that were not openly available and gave us a few recommendations, one of which we ultimately went with. The whole process was simple and well explained. Anuj was easy to reach, very responsive and communications were flawless.
