“Daniel and Maniksha were amazing. They were extremely professional and worked very speedily, through a very bumpy process (shifting completion dates due to a terrible estate agent; the bank being very, very bad and slow about paperwork on their end). Very diligent in finding me the best mortgage rate and advice, and extremely proactive about communicating with my solicitor on their own and ensuring that everything went through speedily on the mortgage side. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely reasonable fees as well.”

“One of my best experiences getting a mortgage sorted from Private Finance group. From the get go Mr Caller has taken care of the case, getting all the details making all of the arrangements for the property and making sure the best interest was available on the table. Tom has made sure the proccess feels at ease during the journey with the company and tailored to my needs. Not only this the gentleman has also made sure to take care of the process under his supervision through the completion journey making me feel at ease through the journey. To conclude Private finance is not there for the money, rather there in making sure they have a satisified customer to enjoy the house they have worked towards. Special regards to MR TOM CALLER”

“Jake was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I’d tried several brokers as my situation was complex. My credit history was not very good. Jake found a great lender with a good interest rate. Everyone else I tried could not get near the rate Jake managed to find. I would highly recommend this company and especially Jake, who was helpful and professional throughout the process.”
