“During my communications with Donovan and Ross I was so pleasantly surprised at thier courteous, prompt and concise responses. Nothing was any problem and the final outcome fitted the bill much to my satisfaction. As the case may be I would take great pleasure in recommending Private Finance together with Donny and Ross for mortgage enquiries in the first instance. I would also like to point out that prior to settling with Private Finance I did go 'round the doors' seeking suitable providers but the responses were not very inspiring. Thank you Private Finance.”

“Michael and Zain were able to find me a lender despite joining an LLP only 8 months earlier and therefore having no track-record of 'self-employment'. Most conversations with other brokers were incredibly limiting, some went as far as 'you need 2 years worth of tax returns' to be assessed but generally I was being restricted heavily on my 'salary'/'drawings' multiple. With Michael and Zain, we found a lender that was able to get comfortable with my LLP drawings and offer ~5x with a LTV of 90% which was thought to be impossible at the outset. On top of that, with some good fortune we were able to submit our application before rates increased and therefore locked in a reasonable 5-year rate with all things considered. I would have no hesitation recommending Private-Finance to fellow LLP members or anyone whose earnings aren't straight forward PAYE.”

“Ross Vasani has been helping me on a house hunt for a number of months now. Unfortunately my situation changed so I will no longer be requiring his services, but I wanted to feedback what a fantastic representative of Private Finance he was. I’m a first time buyer so was pretty clueless when we first spoke (and my situation has been a bit hectic over the last few months), but he was extremely patient, very responsive and explained everything clearly along the way.
