“As a first time buyer, Jenna has been a superstar throughout the mortgage application process! Jenna has been quick to find a lender that could agree terms with my affordability profile as well as meet my repayment preferences. This put me in a great position to move fast when I wanted to make an offer on my new home by having my mortgage in principle in place. Jenna is friendly, very communicative and has been on hand whenever needed, she goes above and beyond to help and ensure clear understanding on details/steps required - even after mortgage application approval. Overall, with Jenna, securing a mortgage has been straightforward and the easiest part of buying a property. Would highly recommend!”

“Ross provided an excellent service from start to finish. He kept me well informed of my remortgage process which involved the added complexity of also redeeming the Help to Buy equity loan.
