“After two unsuccessful application with a previous broker, I almost lost faith in the possibility of securing finance for my investment property. Moving forward, I researched for a broker with experience dealing with ‘millions of pounds mortgages’ and found Private Finance. From onset, I was confident with the way they handled my case. “Firstly, Halcyon Griffiths at Private Finance (top man). I was able to reach him at short notice, and if not he would always respond as soon as he got back. I found him to be Polite, Professional, Helpful, Caring & Informative. All the qualities needed from an individual and also a Firm. Halcyon was able to converse with his peers if he needed further info to solve anything he was unsure of. I would definitely recommend Private Finance if or when someone asked if I knew a decent Firm for mortgage/remortgaging. I found the fees were also reasonable and was also impressed by the after care shown to me by Halcyon. I send a big “Thank You” to Halcyon, and all at Private Finance in helping me secure my re-mortgaging.”

“Not knowing quite where to start, I researched the internet for an organisation that would be capable of providing me with a short-term loan facility that would bridge a period between buying a new house and selling my existing property. I came across Private Finance and in mid-April I was contacted by Donovan Mawson. We discussed my requirements and he responded rapidly with a term sheet that met my needs. Donovan and his colleague Ross Vasani worked quickly and efficiently to assemble the necessary paperwork and financial evidence to support my request. This resulted in an offer from the Cumberland Building Society to provide me with a two-year subsidised fixed interest rate loan to support my new purchase. The loan can be repaid at any time without penalty which suits me very well as I am now in the process of disposing my present property in readiness to repay the loan. In all a good result, speedily executed by a professional team.”

“Harry helped us from start to finish to get us the mortgage we needed for our personal circumstances and complex income / savings structure. Traditional banks could only offer us a small mortgage and would not take our personal circumstances into account. Through Harry's hard work we were able to buy our dream property and he made it very easy and stress-free. Would highly recommend Private Finance and specifically our agent, Harry, to anyone.”

“I can’t recommend Private Finance highly enough. Jake and Nathan were fantastic. I have a complex income structure which is very difficult to convey to the high street lenders. Jake and Nathan were able to take the time to get a full understanding of my income structure, and as a result were able to present it to the lenders in the market in a way in which they could also understand. The relationships PF have with the lenders is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Well done guys, keep up the hard work!”
