“Michael and his team couldn't have done more to help us. “Harry helped us from start to finish to get us the mortgage we needed for our personal circumstances and complex income / savings structure. Traditional banks could only offer us a small mortgage and would not take our personal circumstances into account. Through Harry's hard work we were able to buy our dream property and he made it very easy and stress-free. Would highly recommend Private Finance and specifically our agent, Harry, to anyone.”

“I can’t recommend Private Finance highly enough. Jake and Nathan were fantastic. I have a complex income structure which is very difficult to convey to the high street lenders. Jake and Nathan were able to take the time to get a full understanding of my income structure, and as a result were able to present it to the lenders in the market in a way in which they could also understand. The relationships PF have with the lenders is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Well done guys, keep up the hard work!”

“I’ve never used a mortgage broker before, but I am so pleased now that we did. Our situation was a little complicated, however Harry at PF made the process so simple, he explained everything together with all the different options very carefully. “Over the last few years we have completed four re-mortgages with Alex Weldon from Private Finance. Preliminary all cases had different complications, including high level of unsecured borrowing but with his highly competent and thoughtful approach he achieved everything we were hoping for: from rates to lenders and extra borrowing. Alex is very helpful, has an immediate solution on every question, saved us a lot of time from applications to completions. Decision in principals were coming same day, mortgage offers in few days and completions at least 2 times faster than when we were dealing with the lenders directly. No hidden surprises, no extra fees. Thank you very much Alex! R.P.”

I know mine is a straight forward case... but as a busy professional, I value how painless and smooth the process is with Private Finance.
