“After many no’s from previous brokers due to the complexity of our situation we nearly gave up but I found private finance by chance googling online and got through to Sean who managed to secure our mortgage when no other brokers could! Top man, great communication every step of the way, I would definitely recommend private finance and specifically Sean to anyone. Will be using them again very soon! Thanks again.”

“As a retired couple taking out a mortgage for the first time in years we were somewhat apprehensive of the process. However, Alex Weldon from Private Finance made the task easy, guiding us through the application process and helping us make a mortgage choice. “Buying our first home has been a very long and arduous process with several purchases not working out and the pandemic getting in the way, so James spent a lot of time and effort sourcing mortgage offers and options for us that ending up not going ahead for various reasons. We finally got there with a lot of prompt and patient advice along the way from James and Sam. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, particularly as a first time buyer who needs everything explained really clearly as they took a lot of stress out of the decision making. “Phenomenal service. Alex Weldon helped me secure a mortgage on our house before land registry amalgamation of two flats. This was after our scenario was turned down by number of specialist lenders and I literally wanted to give up. Two years on and Alex got us 0.99% 5 year fixed mortgage. Absolutely brilliant experience with Private finance ltd. Genuinely highly recommend to everyone.”

“I had been through a year of researching and speaking to all well known specialist lenders and no one was able to find a solution (conversion of 2 freehold flats into a house) and a remortgage. Alex Weldon did his magic 2 years ago and we got a really good mortgage before the land registry amalgamation! 2 years on and Alex helped me securing 0.99% fixed rate mortgage on this same property for 5 years. Absolute top class. I can genuinely highly recommend Private Finance Ltd.”

“As first time buyers applying for a mortgage felt very risky given the past 18months of covid uncertainty. We decided to "play safe" with a high street bank, only to learn that during our application the effects of Covid on our income had actually effected our eligibility. Michael at Private Finance Ltd came highly reccomended. We explained our situation and the time pressure we were now under in order to get the property we really wanted. Nothing was a problem, Michael's experience, knowledge and expertise shone through. He put our mind at ease with clear communication and layman's terms explanations when needed. He reassured us with his capabilities without needing to make any false promises. The quick turn around was incredible, giving us hope again that we could get the property we desired. Thanks to Michael's speedy hard work we were back in the running. We continued to work closely with Manishka, who guided us through the rest of the process answering all questions big and small. Pleased to say we have the keys to our property with a mortgage deal that really matches our needs.”

Not the easiest situations but Alex handled it brilliantly and got us the result we needed.
