“Sean and Fraser were a great help throughout the process. Reliable, quick communication and always willing to help. Private Finance helped me secure a very competitive 5 year fixed rate which has saved me a great deal of money in comparison to other available options. I was not able to achieve this via a previous Mortgage Broker so they really came through for me. Definitely recommended.”

“We purchased a property with dry rot and that was uninhabitable. Alex Weldon and the team were able to find us a lender to help with this and also ensure we were able to move to a more sustainable product once the house had been renovated. Quite simply, we wouldn’t have been able to do what we wanted without their help. Thank you to the team.”

“As a landlord owning four private rental properties, I have used Private Finance over the last seven years to provide mortgage advice and subsequent arrangements. Most recently I was looked after by Chris Sykes who contacted me proactively as he was aware that my current fixed rate deals were soon to expire. Chris was able to quickly understand my requirements, which were made more complex by the fact that I had recently taken early retirement, he was able to advise on the best deals and most favourable timescales to suit my personal circumstances. Leveraging the current low interest rates, and with some slight restructuring and redistribution of outstanding debt, Chris helped me save over £900 per month on 5 year fixed rate deals, so with very reasonable fees and charges, almost £50,000 savings over 5 years. I found Chris to be very knowledgable and courteous and would thoroughly recommend Chris Sykes and Private Finance”

“Would highly recommend. Our existing mortgage broker was unable to get the mortgage we needed but Donovan was able to get us exactly what we needed and without him we wouldn't have been able to get the house we wanted. Will certainly be using them again.”

“Excellent service! I worked with James and Sam on getting mortgage for our first home. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly, they made this journey easy and smooth for us. They were always there for us either on the phone or/ and emails. They provided us with an amazing service from the beginning until the end. “Having struggled to secure a mortgage for my new house with my existing provider, Private Finance was able to arrange a competitive priced mortgage with a new provider with no problem. Everything was remarkably smooth and easy, and whereas other brokers seemed to be raising potential problems with my mortgage application, Shaun was able to get a provisional offer from the mortgage provider very quickly. That allowed us to secure the house we wanted, and we have since moved in and extremely happy with our new home. Many thanks.”

“Good and Reliable As a first time buyer and self-employed person I didn’t really know how to approach subject of mortgages. I was recommended to use Sean at Private Finance Ltd. And now when I finally picked up keys to my own first flat I can say that Sean was brilliant. Very helpful and always on a phone or email when I need any advice. He sort out my mortgage without any problem. He also recommended Mark and Stacy that help me with quotes and all insurance that I need to complete my purchase. Without hesitation I can definitely recommend Private Finances as an easy and stress free mortgage people.”
