“Jenna Patel from Private Finance was absolutely fantastic in guiding and helping us sort out our mortgage. The entries process went really smoothly and only took around a week for approval. She was always there a phone call away whenever we needed any advice or questions answered. I would highly recommend Private Finance to anyone who is looking to buy a house and looking for a mortgage.”

“Private Finance were fantastic in helping us to remortgage when we came to the end of our previous fixed deal. Michael found us a great deal, and was on hand to answer any questions we had in a really efficient and knowledgeable way. Maniksha was also fantastic at pushing the process forward throughout, she took care of all communications, and couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. All in all, we can highly recommend Private Finance, this is our second time using them, and the whole team are a pleasure to deal with. We shall be coming back to them again when our next mortgage deal comes to an end. Thank you so much.”

“I have used Private Finance every time I have sought a new deal and every time they find me the best deal out there. In a nutshell they have saved me thousands in interest and a whole heap of time in me trudging around looking for mortgage deals. Their fees are very reasonable, well earned and as I say are devoured by the savings I have made over the years. However complex your circumstances, whether self employed, looking for buy to let mortgages I cannot recommend Private Finance enough. Sean and Fraser have just sorted my most recent re-mortgage including my buy to let and saved me even more money again. I can't say more than that!”

“As a solo first time buyer the whole process of getting a mortgage was new to me and very intimidating. Michael Mears and Maniksha Shah were AMAZING! “I recently completed my purchase as a first-time buyer, using Private Finance as my broker. I approached them having read several testimonials, and after having been unimpressed by the agent's in-house mortgage advisor. Having contacted PF via their website, I received a very quick callback and had a very thorough conversation to discuss my circumstances in detail. I spoke initially to Alex Weldon, who was incredibly helpful and removed a lot of the uncertainty and inexperience of being a first-time buyer - presenting a clear set of mortgage options for me. Once I'd found a property and had an offer accepted, I was able to very quickly secure a mortgage offer thanks to Alex Aiton and the rest of the team. As the purchase progressed, on several occasions Alex helped me make changes to my application, as well as put pressure on the lender to answer my solicitor's outstanding questions to ensure the transaction went through. In what was generally an incredibly stressful life event, I found that Alex and team were the one dependable and calming presence throughout! I am very happy with my resulting mortgage, and the service I received, so would absolutely give them my recommendation. Thanks in particular to Alex W, Alex A and Donovan!”

“Private Finance provided us with a fast efficient service, locating us a great deal that we simply wouldn't have been able to find without their help. They did this professionally and with the minimum of fuss. They were responsive from the point at which we contacted them until they finished the work for us. They communicated well, and even followed up with our conveyancer when she was tardy.
