“Super customer response and speed of service. Cannot fault Printster. It would be great if the software stopped people like me ordering products which say Keep Calm and (duplicated) ‘Keep Calm and ..message’- I am sure that I am not the only person to make this mistake. Overall very pleased. 😁”

“Ordered 2 mugs, one of the mugs was wrong, It seems it was mixed up with another order. Contacted Printster and was promptly sent correct mug within 2 days. Apart from the mix up, no complaints.”

“Overall mug was as designed and of a good quality print. The only down side was the heat change overlay was quite thin, meaning you could see the design underneath. Otherwise would be 5*”

“fabulous product, personalisation and delivery in very short timescale - well packaged (not over packaged). The quality seems good no complaints at all. I would caution that the price seems somewhat excessive still .. maybe the 15% off that offered on the next order will make me feel better :)”

“It was beautiful and lovely i feel its a bit expensive although when i started it says its an offer of 6 and when i finished after postage including its around 12 pound.postage is higher too a normal postage .over all i. Good as the purpose served but need tothink again next time due to price”

“Brilliant you can choose just what you want on a mug, great colours, good value.quick and safe delivery. If anything could be negative it is that the mugs are a bit on the thick side and quite heavy to hold.”

“The quality of the products are excellent, they have a wide variety available. I would have marked them 5 stars, if it hadn’t been for the fact that they left 1 coaster from 2 separate orders. The errors were rectified swiftly 👌🏻”

“Pleased with all your products but when I ordered personnelised christmas cards the ordering process was fine and easy but when I placed the orders you said an email of order confirmation would follow but not such email arrived consequently I have ordered the same product twice. Hope this is helpful !”

“Very good service and quality, also very speedy and well packed. Was just a little disappointed that the design I like to use in the mugs section had been discontinued, so could not match it to some existing mugs. Apart from that, very pleased indeed.”
