“The logo was cut off at the sides so it didn't make a full circle. Most sites inform you before you click confirm that the scale is incorrect on the print. Also doesn't show the preview like other sites. For the price I paid per shirt I expected better.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are not completely happy with the order you have received. With T-shirt orders, the tool to upload shows the size the image needs to be and unfortunately it looks like this one came through to us cropped on the sides so this is how it was produced. We do have a preview tool on the website which shows how your image sizing will be. We do apologise if you found any of the information misleading or hard to use.
