“Won't be using this useless company again. Didn't send me my gift box then when I asked for a refund you didn't even refund me the correct amount.”

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear your gift box was missing. I have checked your order and can see that the team refunded you £1.43. While the full price of the gift box is £1.50, you used a 5% discount code at checkout bringing it down to £1.43.
